ถ้าจะถามว่าแหล่งปลูกกาแฟที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลกใบนี้คือที่ไหน  ต้องตอบว่า พื้นที่ Cerrado ในประเทศบราซิลถือว่าเป็นแหล่งปลูกกาแฟชั้นยอดในปริมาณถึง 30% ของกาแฟทั้งโลก Cerrado เป็นพื้นที่ทางตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ของ Minas Gerais  โดยเป็นพื้นที่สีเขียวขนาดใหญ่ที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ในการทำเกษตรกรรม สายพันธุ์กาแฟอย่าง Bourbon ในพื้นที่ความสูง 900-1250 จากระดับน้ำทะเล ทำให้กาแฟบราซิล จากแหล่งนี้มี โทนแบบ ช็อคโกแลต ถั่ว และคาราเมลอ่อนๆ  โดยมีความเปรี้ยวที่ต่ำ เป็นที่ถูกอกถูกใจสำหรับของกาแฟใส่นม และไม่ชอบกาแฟเปรี้ยว

We know that Brazil is the number one exporter of Arabica coffee in the world.  Cerrado is the largest coffee growing area in the world. It takes an area size 30% of the world's Arabica coffee export. Cerrado is located southwest of Minas Gerais . It is a large green area suit in agriculture. Bourbon Arabica is grown at an altitude of 900-1250 masl. make coffee are tones of chocolate, nuts and light caramel with low acidity. It is popular for latte lovers.
